Robert Woods Not Worried About Knee
3 years agoTennessee Titans wide receiver Robert Woods (knee), who was acquired in a trade with the Los Angeles Rams this offseason, is confident that he will be healthy and ready to contribute for his new team after having knee surgery. Woods tore his ACL in 2021 in practice ahead of Week 10, and he wound up missing the rest of the season after having surgery in November. "No timetable, but [I am] right on track … and when the team is ready for me to get out there, I'll be good," Woods said. The 29-year-old played in only nine games last year, but he fell just short of 1,000 receiving yards in 2020 for the third straight season. Woods won't be ready for organized team activities, but he's expected to be ready for training camp. If fully healthy, he should be able to bounce back in his new home alongside star wideout A.J. Brown.
