3 years agoCleveland Indians catcher Roberto Perez (finger) began throwing on Tuesday. The veteran recently had a pin removed from his right ring finger, a positive sign after fracturing it about a month ago during a matchup against Kansas City. Perez currently sits on the 60-day injured list but is sporting a miserable .131 batting average throughout just 19 games this season.
