3 years agoChicago Cubs catcher Robinson Chirinos went 4-for-6 with two runs and a solo home run in Friday's loss versus the Miami Marlins. Chirinos has become the new starting catcher with Willson Contreras (knee) being placed on the 10-day injured list on Thursday. Chirinos raised his batting average from .238 to .250 with the big performance and now has four home runs and five RBI on the season.
