Romeo Doubs Makes Presence Felt In Offseason Workouts
2 years agoGreen Bay Packers fourth-round rookie wide receiver Romeo Doubs caught more passes than anyone during portions of offseason practice open to the media. "I felt really comfortable in this system," Doubs said. "I'm just willing to do whatever it takes to get wherever there is I need to be, whether it's the best in the game or intermediate, it doesn't matter to me. I just want to make sure I'm doing my part for everyone in this room and those who I'd love to inspire outside this room." Second-rounder Christian Watson is expected to have the biggest immediate role of the Packers' rookie receivers, but Doubs is one to keep an eye on in 2022 and beyond. The Nevada product had 80 receptions for 1,109 yards and 11 touchdowns in his final collegiate season.
