7 years agoAtlanta Braves outfield prospect Ronald Acuna, who is ranked as the No. 2 prospect by MLB.com entering the year, could force the team's hand if he dazzles in spring training camp. The 20-year-old is a five-tool talent that would secure an extra season of control if he starts the year with Triple-A Gwinnett, but he may make the decision difficult on Atlanta's brass if he impresses. "We'll let Spring Training play out and see where he's at. He's probably going to make it hard on us," manager Brian Snitker said. Acuna started 2017 with Class-A Advanced Florida and ended with Gwinnett, hitting .325 with 21 home runs, 44 steals and an .896 OPS in 139 games over three minor league levels. The talented youngster should already be owned in all dynasty/keeper leagues, and he has a real chance to make a meaningful impact in redraft leagues in 2018, too.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
