2 years agoAtlanta Braves outfielder Ronald Acuna Jr. was removed from Saturday's 5-3 win over the Dodgers in the ninth inning after fouling a ball off his foot, but manager Brian Snitker stated postgame that it was only precautionary. Snitker went on to say that he doesn't believe it to be a serious injury such as a fracture, and that they didn't want to push him to go out and play defense after the injury occurred. Acuna went 1-for-4 with a run in the contest and he also recorded his 13th stolen base of the season in the victory.
