Rondale Moore Officially Ruled Out Against Chiefs
2 years agoArizona Cardinals wide receiver Rondale Moore (hamstring) missed practice on Friday and has officially been ruled out for Week 1 against the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday. Moore injured his hammy in practice on Thursday and was given a 50-50 chance to play by head coach Kliff Kingsbury earlier on Friday, but the Cardinals ended up deciding to hold him out in Week 1. With DeAndre Hopkins suspended for the first six games, the 22-year-old second year wideout has a chance to break out in 2022, but this is obviously a setback. Antoine Wesley (hip) is on Injured Reserve as well, so Marquise Brown, veteran A.J. Green and Andy Isabella should operate in three-wide sets Sunday afternoon in what could become a high-scoring affair against KC.
