2 years agoNew York Mets shortstop prospect Ronny Mauricio went 1-for-4 with a three-run blast on Friday for Double-A Binghamton. Mauricio is a top-five prospect for the Mets and has shown strong progress this season. The 21-year-old is now hitting .255 with 20 homers, 65 RBI and 13 stolen bases. Although he is blocked by shortstop Francisco Lindor at the big-league level, Mauricio remains one of the top names at his position and could make an impact as soon as 2023. For now, he holds no value in redraft leagues, but dynasty managers would be wise to stash the talented shortstop for the future.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
