3 years agoDallas Stars forward Roope Hintz netted two power-play goals on Sunday to help the team to a 3-2 victory over Washington. He lit the lamp with both shots that he had on the net in 18:11 of action. Hintz boasts a career-high 25 goals for the season, but these are his first goals of the month. He ended an eight-game goal drought, which was his longest dry spell since opening the season with an 11-game goalless run. We should see Hintz score more regularly for the rest of the way as the Stars continue to push for a playoff spot.
