Ross Stripling Continues To Shine Friday
7 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers starting pitcher Ross Stripling turned in another excellent start on Friday against the Giants. Stripling allowed two runs on four hits and no walks with six strikeouts in 6 1/3 innings, earning his sixth win of the season. Stripling was cruising until allowing a seventh-inning home run to Pablo Sandoval, which ended his evening. The 28-year-old has been outstanding this season and now owns a 6-1 record with a 1.76 ERA, 78 strikeouts, and only 11 walks in 66 1/3 IP. He has turned in a solid fantasy option and should be started in most matchups. Stripling is slated to face the Cubs in his next start Wednesday.
