5 years agoTexas Rangers second baseman Rougned Odor went 1-for-3 with a home run, three RBI, and two runs scored Tuesday night vs Boston. It was a typical Odor night as the free-swinger struck out twice and walked twice in addition to connecting for his 28th homer of the season. Odor has struggled mightily at times this season and is batting just .202 thanks to an astronomical 30.3 percent strikeout rate, but has been hot lately. In September, Odor has hit six home runs in 18 games and his 58 percent hard-hit rate is easily the highest of any month he's had. Throw in a 48 percent fly-ball rate and Odor has been a sneaky source of power late in the season. He's a strong DFS play Wednesday against Rick Porcello who has allowed 14 runs in 19 innings this month.--Mike Schwarzenbach - RotoBaller
