4 years agoToronto Blue Jays first baseman Rowdy Tellez belted a pair of homers during the team's 9-1 win over the Red Sox Wednesday, upping his season total to six. He finished the contest going 3-for-4 with four RBI as he's now slashing a respectable .286/.340/.653 in August. The recent signing of Daniel Vogelbach may pose a threat to Tellez's playing time, but it could also light a fire under the 25-year-old slugger. If he continues on this four-week stretch of solid production, it'll be difficult to keep him on the bench in real life and in fantasy.--Riley Mrack - RotoBaller
