Rowdy Tellez Drives In Six Against Twins
2 years agoMilwaukee Brewers first baseman Rowdy Tellez went 2-for-4 with two home runs (both three-run shots), six RBI and a walk in the 10-4 victory over the Minnesota Twins on Wednesday. It's a good sign for Tellez, who is hitting just .182 (14-for-77) with five home runs, 16 RBI and 11 runs scored in 21 games in the month of July. Overall, the left-handed slugger is slashing .230/.308/.465 with 20 home runs, 64 RBI and 40 runs scored for Milwaukee in 370 plate appearances and 94 games. The 27-year-old isn't going to help fantasy managers with his average, but there's a lot to like about his power while playing for the first-place Brewers.
