4 years agoToronto Blue Jays first baseman Rowdy Tellez was placed on the 10-day injured list on Wednesday afternoon with a knee sprain, according to team manager Charlie Montoyo. It is an unfortunate ailment for the 25-year-old, as he was playing at a high level over the past few weeks. With this news, it seems as though Tellez is done for the regular season, finishing with a .283 average, eight homers, and 23 RBI.
