Rowdy Tellez Homers, Steals A Base
2 years agoMilwaukee Brewers first baseman Rowdy Tellez homered on Friday night, going 1-for-3 with his 22nd long ball of the year, a two-run shot to help the Brewers to a 5-1 victory over the Cincinnati Reds. He also added a rare stolen base, just his first of the year and the second of his career. Tellez has been very hot lately, slashing .296/.397/.630 with five homers, nine runs scored, and 15 RBI in his last 15 games. He's been an extremely worthwhile fantasy pickup after being largely ignored at draft time.
