3 years agoMilwaukee Brewers first baseman Rowdy Tellez (knee) was placed on the injured list Sunday morning with a patella strain. Catcher Luke Maile was called up to take his spot on the active roster. It's tough timing for Tellez and his fantasy managers, as he was in one of the best stretches of his season, slashing .333/.333/.524 over his last seven games. It isn't known how long he'll be out, but Daniel Vogelbach and Pablo Reyes stand to benefit the most from his absence in terms of playing time.
