5 years agoDenver Broncos Running back Royce Freeman enters the 2019 season slated as the second back to teammate Phillip Lindsay and had a solid performance in the Broncos second preseason game on Thursday night. Freeman saw limited action in the first few drives, but found a nice gap in the line and showed off his breakaway speed for a 50-yard run early in the game. Keep your eye on Freeman as the season starts to approach as he may get flex value running alongside Lindsay if he can prove to be an efficient back.--Matthew.McGough
