5 years agoDenver Broncos running back Royce Freeman had a switch in narrative last week in the Broncos loss to the Indianapolis Colts, as Freeman was not the feature back in the passing game as he usually is, but rather it was his teammate Phillip Lindsay. Freeman will look to get back on track in Week 9, and should see solid production with Brandon Allen starting his first game at QB meaning the Broncos will be relying heavily on the run and quick passes to, hopefully, Freeman out of the backfield. This gameplan against a poor Cleveland Browns Defense has the potential to create a good week for Freeman owners, who should consider him at flex spots in PPR settings for Week 9.--Matthew.McGough
