2 years agoAfter recently signing a five-year, $245 million contract extension with the Denver Broncos, quarterback Russell Wilson gets set to make his team debut in Week 1 on Monday night against his former squad, the Seattle Seahawks. In what is expected to be an up-tempo Denver offense with Wilson now in the fold, the 33-year-old veteran has plenty of weapons to work with, even with receiver Tim Patrick (knee) out for the year. Seattle's defense ranked 15th in 2021 while allowing 21 fantasy points per game to QBs in standard scoring. Seattle's raucous crowd certainly won't make it easy on Wilson in his return to the city that he spent his first 10 NFL seasons in, but the nine-time Pro Bowler is an easy top-10 fantasy QB for Week 1 of the regular season.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
