Ryan Blaney One of the Favorites at Charlotte
3 years agoSo, why is Ryan Blaney so good at Charlotte? The results speak for themselves. He is three for three in top-ten finishes. Blaney also has a win in 2018 and has led 30 of the 327 laps raced (including 14 in 2020). Again, the Team Penske car can get to the front, and starting sixth will not hurt that. Blaney avoids collisions well on this course almost exceedingly well. There were several near-misses last year. The No. 10 car is 15 points above the elimination line as well. That should not be much of a concern barring something unforeseen. Blaney could challenge Chase Elliott and A.J. Allmendinger for the win on Sunday.
