6 years agoToronto Blue Jays starter Ryan Borucki allowed two runs on three hits in seven innings of work against the Tampa Bay Rays on Sunday. Borucki struck out seven batters while walking four in the 5-2 loss. He received no run support from his offense for the entirety of his start as Blake Snell held the Blue Jays' bats in check. Borucki now holds a 1.98 ERA through four starts in September. He has really improved after a turbulent start to his MLB career. Borucki's final start of the season projects to come against the same Rays squad on Saturday. He should be a middle of the rotation guy for the Blue Jays in 2019.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
