Ryan Braun Hits Fifth Home Run Of Season
7 years agoMilwaukee Brewers outfielder Ryan Braun went 2-for-5 on the night with two runs, two RBI, and a home run in the 8-0 win over the Miami Marlins. Braun came into this game with only a .214 batting average, but now he bumps it up to .230 with a .508 slugging percentage. His five home runs now rank second on the Brewers only behind Eric Thames, who has seven. This was also the second game in a row that Braun had hit a home run in, as he came in to pinch hit and drilled a three-run bomb to the seats on Thursday. It looks like he's heating up and is healthy, thus he should be owned in all formats.
