7 years agoMilwaukee Brewers outfielder Ryan Braun (calf) said he feels much better and is hoping to play Friday against the Miami Marlins, according to Tom Haudricourt of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. Braun took part in the pre-game workout Thursday, and while it's unknown if he'll be available to pinch hit or not, it's good to see he's feeling better. Injuries are just something that Braun owners have to expect will happen more often than other players, as he's historically been injury-prone -- hasn't played a 150-game season since 2012. Braun looked promising on Tuesday against the Reds and hopefully this is the start of a bounce-back for him.--Caden Inaba
