Ryan Fitzpatrick Delivers Despite Struggles Monday

6 years agoBuccaneers quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick finally looked like he came back to Earth in the first half of Monday's game against the Steelers. The Magic Man threw three picks (one returned for a TD) that ended up leaving Tampa down by 20 at the half. After nearly leading Tampa to an improbable comeback in the second half, Fitz ended the game with 411 yards, three touchdowns, and three picks. He is now the only quarterback to ever throw for 400 yards in three straight games to open the year which no one saw coming. Although he didn't look as sharp as usual yesterday he has been a fantasy monster and should continue to rack up stats if he starts. He could absolutely lose his starting role after Week 4 if he struggles against the Bears. Jameis Winston's suspension is over and he will be waiting in the wings for his opportunity to regain his role.
