6 years agoAll indications seem to be that Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick will keep the starting job despite Jameis Winston returning from his three-game suspension heading into Week 4. Fitzpatrick had his worst game of the season in Monday night's loss to the Steelers, but he still went 30-for-50 for 411 yards with three touchdowns and three interceptions, setting a team record for his third straight 400-yard passing game. "Of course, we love Jameis," head coach Dirk Koetter said. "Jameis is a member of our team and anxious to get him back. He'll be great in our locker room. And I know Jameis, whatever role he ends up in, I know Jameis will embrace that role and give it everything he's got." A decision has yet to be made by the team, but we'd be surprised if Winston is handed the job after he hasn't played in more than a month. Fitzpatrick won't be this good all year, obviously, and he has a tough matchup in the Bears defense in Week 4 if he's still the starter. But Fitzpatrick is still worth trotting out there in two-QB leagues if he continues to play.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
