3 years agoAccording to reports out of camp, Washington Football Team quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick and tight end Logan Thomas keep on building their rapport at the team's practices. Team reporter Pete Hailey says that Fitzpatrick to Thomas in the end zone is one of the recurring themes at practice. Fitzpatrick has been notorious for targeting his tight ends in the past, and this season will be no different. Although wide receiver Terry McLaurin projects to have the highest target share, Thomas has a legitimate chance to be the team's second option in the passing game, even with the addition of Curtis Samuel. When running the red-zone offense during camp, Thomas has continually been Fitzpatrick's favorite target. This could mean that it is a real possibility he can lead the team in receiving touchdowns in 2021. Thomas remains a TE1 in fantasy, and his usage in the red zone could vault him into the top five at a position that is scarce for consistent production.--Tommy Adamopoulos - RotoBaller
