6 years agoHouston Texans tight end Ryan Griffin posted a surprising five-catch, 80-yard line in Houston's Week 14 loss to the Indianapolis Colts. It was Griffin's highest yardage total of the season and second-highest reception mark, and while it had looked for awhile like rookie tight ends Jordan Akins and Jordan Thomas were surpassing Griffin in the team's pecking order, he finished with more yards than both combined and just one fewer target. Still, fantasy owners shouldn't start counting on Griffin to be a streamable tight end option during the fantasy playoffs.--Justin Carter - RotoBaller
