Ryan Griffin Placed On Injured Reserve
3 years agoThe New York Jets placed tight end Ryan Griffin (knee) on injured reserve Tuesday. He will miss the season's final three games after sustaining a knee injury in the Week 15 loss to the Miami Dolphins. QB Mike White was activated from the reserve/COVID-19 list in a corresponding move. The 31-year-old finishes the 2021 season with 27 catches for 261 yards and two touchdowns over 14 games in 2021. Tyler Kroft will serve as the Jets' primary tight end, but is mainly an option in deep-league formats. Fantasy managers can search elsewhere for a streamer in Week 16 versus the Jacksonville Jaguars.
