Ryan McMahon Goes Deep In Lopsided Loss
3 years agoColorado Rockies' third baseman Ryan McMahon went 1-for-4 with a three-run home run and two strikeouts in an 11-5 loss to the Reds on Friday. McMahon blasted his 14th long ball of the season, a three-run shot, off of Tyler Mahle in the top of the sixth inning. It cut into Cincinnati's lead but the game was well in hand by that point. It was McMahon's first homer since May 25. He's slashing .254/.305/.496 with 14 home runs, 37 RBI, and three stolen bases over 228 at-bats on the year. His counting stats certainly make him fantasy-worthy but the batting line could use some work.
