3 years agoBaltimore Orioles first baseman Ryan Mountcastle hit a solo shot Wednesday, his only hit in four at-bats against the Tampa Bay Rays. It's his 20th home run of the season. Mountcastle now has an 11-game hit streak, and he's put up a .478/.480/1.043 slash line wih three homers in 23 August at-bats. The Orioles offense leaves plenty to be desired, but Mountcastle should have plenty of opportunities the rest of the way batting behind Cedric Mullins.
