2 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers right-hander Ryan Pepiot is being recalled from the minors in order to start on Tuesday against the Colorado Rockies instead of Mitch White. Pepiot has been pretty outstanding in his first three major league starts this year, allowing just four earned runs on six hits while striking out 13 and walking 11 in 11 1/3 innings. The 24-year-old will definitely need to cut down on giving out free passes, though, and his FIP of 5.41 shows he's been pretty fortunate so far in the big leagues. Tuesday's game in Los Angeles makes Pepiot a bit more attractive as a streamer, but there's a fair bit of risk involved if he continues to walk hitters.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
