7 years agoMiami Dolphins quarterback Ryan Tannehill (knee) will meet with team doctors and coaches this week to decide how much work he will do during organized team activities that start next Tuesday, but Dolphins sources expect that Tannehill will be able to take part in OTAs with little to no restrictions. Tannehill missed the last month of 2016 with a partially torn ACL and all of last season after he tore the ligament. "It’s been impressive to watch Ryan really throw the football and the command he has of the offense," said offensive coordinator Dowell Loggains, who has seen glimpses of Tannehill's throwing on tape and in the early part of the current offseason conditioning program. Miami is expecting big things from Tannehill in his second full season under head coach Adam Gase. Tannehill was the most efficient he's been in his career in 2016 (67.1 completion percentage), but he threw for a career-low 2,995 yards with 19 touchdowns and 12 interceptions in 13 games. Fantasy owners aren't risking anything more than a QB2 selection on Tannehill, especially since he lost the NFL's leading receiver in Jarvis Landry.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
