3 years agoSan Diego Padres starting pitcher Ryan Weathers lasted four innings against the Colorado Rockies Monday night. He allowed five runs on eight hits and no walks with three strikeouts. His ERA climbed to 5.06 as a result. With their dwindling rotation, the Padres could really use more length from Weathers, who has not completed five innings in a start since July 6 and has not completed six innings on any occasion this season. That also severely limits his fantasy utility, as he rarely is eligible for wins or quality starts.--Doug Goldring - RotoBaller
