3 years agoTampa Bay Rays pitcher Ryan Yarbrough (9-6) allowed two hits while striking out four over six scoreless innings during Friday's 8-0 win over the Miami Marlins. He didn't walk anyone and picked up his ninth win of the season. The southpaw followed opener David Robertson and cruised through six innings to earn the win. He fired 80 pitches, landing 54 for strikes. Yarbrough bounced back on Friday after surrendering 18 earned runs over his last three appearances. The 29-year-old owns a 5.09 ERA, 1.23 WHIP, and 114:26 K: BB over 150 1/3 innings in 2021. Yarbrough can be used as a streamer when he follows an opener in next week's series against the Houston Astros.--Brad Camara - RotoBaller
