4 years agoTampa Bay Rays left-handed pitcher Ryan Yarbrough is set to toss a bullpen session Friday as he makes his way back from a groin ailment. Yarbrough is the latest in a line of Rays pitchers to land on the IL, having compiled a 3.65 ERA over his first seven starts this year. Avoiding hard contact has been the name of Yarbrough’s game since his arrival, with his 82.9 MPH average exit velocity ranking among the game’s elite. As soon as he is cleared to return to a Major League mound, he has season-long appeal in all formats, along with in the DFS market.--Jesse Borek
