3 years agoTampa Bay Rays pitcher Ryan Yarbrough (6-4) allowed six earned runs on eight hits and two walks while striking out five across five 2/3 innings during Monday's 6-1 loss to the Orioles. He was tagged with his fourth loss of the season. It was his first loss since April 30. The southpaw threw 108 pitches, landing 75 for strikes. Yarbrough owns a 4.59 ERA, 1.22 WHIP, and 84 strikeouts across 102 innings in 2021. The 29-year-old is allowing career-highs in both hard-hit percentage (27.6%) and WOBA (.321) this season. Yarbrough will look for better results in his next start this weekend on the road against Cleveland.--Brad Camara - RotoBaller
