Ryon Healy Expected Back By End Of The Week
7 years agoSeattle Mariners first baseman Ryon Healy (ankle) is expected to return to the lineup this weekend in Cleveland, per MLB.com. Healy has been on the disabled list since April 7 with a sprained ankle and appears ready to return after going 5-for-15 during his rehab stint at Triple-A. Healy has four runs driven in this season through 22 at-bats and certainly should provide a power boost to the Mariners lineup. Healy was acquired from the A's in the offseason after hitting .271 with 25 home runs and 78 runs driven in. It may take Healy a week or so to get back into the flow, but he is definitely worth a look as a player that could become a top-15 fantasy first baseman by season's end.
