Ryon Healy to Begin Rehab Assignment Soon
7 years agoAfter being placed on the disabled list early in the season, it appears as if Seattle Mariners first baseman Ryon Healy is nearing a return. According to manager Scott Servais, Healy is expected to begin his rehab assignment in the next few days, meaning his return to Seattle is imminent. The Mariners first baseman has struggled out of the gates in 2018, hitting just .091 with four RBI in six games. However, Healy shined in 2017, hitting .271 with 25 home runs and 78 RBI over 149 games with the A's. There's no timetable for his return, but if Healy is sitting on your waiver wire, now might be the perfect time to pick him up.
