4 years agoMilwaukee Brewers first baseman/designated hitter Ryon Healy and outfielder Tyrone Taylor are stepping into the starting nine for Game 2 of Thursday’s wild-card series versus the Dodgers and left-hander Clayton Kershaw. Healy has not started since Aug. 5, having played in just four games during the regular season while spending most of the year at the club’s alternate site. He takes the place of Daniel Vogelbach, who heads to the bench with a southpaw on the mound. Taylor will man right field and bat seventh after having six of his nine hits during 2020 go for extra-base hits. While Healy will have DFS appeal while batting cleanup, he’s also a candidate to be removed late in the game, capping his upside.--Jesse Borek
