4 years agoWashington Football Team rookie offensive lineman Saahdiq Charles (knee) will have season-ending knee surgery on Tuesday, according to a source. The fourth-round pick suffered a dislocated kneecap on his second NFL snap. Charles was hoping to avoid surgery and go the rehab route, but he will instead go under the knife and should be on track for training camp next summer. It's a tough break for the 21-year-old from Louisiana State, but he'll have plenty of time to heal in the offseason and come back strong for his second NFL season with Washington.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
