4 years agoNew Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees (ribs) is progressing well in his attempt to return and could be activated off the IR soon, but Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network reports that the team may wait until their Week 15 contest against the Chiefs to bring Brees back. The extra time could help ensure the veteran passer is as close to full strength as possible for an important matchup. Taysom Hill will likely start until Brees returns, with Hill's rushing ability giving him a high floor and ceiling, even as his presence hurts the production of running back Alvin Kamara.--Justin Carter - RotoBaller
