Sal Romano Has Decent Start Tuesday
6 years agoCincinnati Reds starting pitcher Sal Romano turned in an OK start against the Indians on Tuesday. Romano pitched 7 1/3 innings, allowing four runs (three earned) on five hits (including two home runs) and two walks with one strikeout. He would have taken the loss had the Reds not rallied for seven runs in the ninth inning. The 24-year-old will head into the All-Star break with a 5-8 record and a 5.28 ERA. At this point, Romano should not be considered by fantasy players except in deep dynasty leagues.
