3 years agoKansas City Royals catcher Salvador Perez finally got his first hit of the 2022 season in Monday's 10-7 loss to the Guardians, going 2-for-4 with two singles, an RBI, and a strikeout. It was a welcome sight for fantasy managers, as the slugging backstop had gone 0-for-12 in his first three games. Perez planted himself as fantasy baseball's premier catcher option in the 2021 season, and there is no reason to think otherwise after just four games.
