Salvon Ahmed - Week 8 Outlook for Fantasy Football
3 years agoMiami Dolphins running back Salvon Ahmed is likely going to be more involved in the gameplan going forward. Last week, Malcolm Brown (quad) received the start, but exited after five snaps due to injury. He didn't return to the game and has been placed on the IR ahead of the Week 8 matchup against the Buffalo Bills. That means, Myles Gaskin should be the lead back, while Ahmed serves as the primary backup. Over the last two games, Ahmed has rushed seven times in each contest. Those numbers should increase without Brown on the field. Although, the Dolphins might be forced to abandon the running game early in this Week 8 matchup. Ahmed could have some deep league value for desperate fantasy managers, but won't be much of an option this week.
