5 years agoNew York Jets quarterback Sam Darnold won't play in the team's final preseason game against the Eagles. This was expected as it is common for teams to sit their starters in the fourth preseason game but head coach Adam Gase said some expected starters would play. Darnold finishes the preseason 17-for-25 for 211 yards and two touchdowns. Most importantly, the young QB didn't throw an interception and only took one sack in the preseason. He's a solid QB2 with upside in fantasy who can be had as a backup in the late rounds of drafts.
