3 years agoBaltimore Ravens wide receiver Sammy Watkins (thigh) remains out for Sunday's contest against the Vikings, but the Ravens are hopeful he can return to play next Thursday in Week 10. He last played in Week 5, registering two receptions before leaving. When healthy, Watkins is averaging four receptions per game, but the emergence of Rashod Bateman might push Watkins into a smaller role once he returns. Fantasy managers should probably be playing a wait-and-see game with Watkins. As for Bateman, the Watkins absence makes him an intriguing option in deeper leagues.--Justin Carter - RotoBaller
