2 years agoGreen Bay Packers head coach Matt LaFleur said that wide receiver Sammy Watkins was present for two practices at organized team activities last week, but he'll be on the practice field with quarterback Aaron Rodgers for the first time at mandatory minicamp this week. The Packers are planning for Watkins to be a big part of their offense in 2022 to help make up for the losses of Davante Adams and Marquez Valdes-Scantling. While the 28-year-old has some opportunity this year, he'll still be competing with the likes of Juwann Winfree, Amari Rodgers, Malik Taylor and rookie Christian Watson for playing time, so Watkins is no sure bet to suddenly become a reliable fantasy contributor in Green Bay. He caught 27 passes for 394 yards and one touchdown in 13 games (nine starts) for the Baltimore Ravens in 2021.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
