3 years agoFor the first time in his professional career, Santiago Ponzinibbio has lost two of three contests, with the latest coming on a split-decision loss to Geoff Neal at UFC 269 on Saturday. The loss was the only decision on the main card of Saturday's action. In 15 minutes of action, Ponzinibbio actually out-struck Neal by landing 91 significant strikes compared to the 85 for Neal. In the takedown department, Ponz landed 25% of his tries, going 1-for-4 on the night. The 35-year-old ATT fighter will hope he can rebound in his next outing and get back to the top of the division, where he was a mainstay for so long.--Matt Bricker - RotoBaller
