Saquon Barkley Could Be Limited In A Plus Matchup Vs. Denver
3 years agoNew York Giants running back Saquon Barkley (knee) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice and is trending in the right direction towards suiting up for the regular-season opener against the Denver Broncos. He went down with a torn ACL and MCL in his knee in Week 2 of last year and missed the rest of the season. The Giants will be cautious with their star running back and limit his workload to start the year. Barkley gets a plus matchup against the Broncos, who allowed 130 rushing yards per game and were 25th in DVOA against the run in 2020. Despite the possible limited workload, fantasy managers should be starting Barkley in all league formats.
