As a result, the Penn State product is one of the most sought-after players in fantasy and should be drafted within the top-two picks of any fantasy draft. Barkley is coming off back-to-back 1,000-yard seasons and the Giants upgraded their offensive line in the draft, using the fourth-overall pick on OT Andrew Thomas.
